Definitely agree with you about the Volume Couture mascara – the more I use it the more I love it! Happy New Year!

Hi, Shannon! Can you recommend a mascara that wouldn’t zing my eyes? I love using mascara but unfortunately, I get teary-eyed whenever I use one.

    Hi Connie,

I definitely think going with the new types of mascara brushes are the way to go. The way to tell which is which? The wands are no longer in the bottle, but remain out to show you their new look (moldable plastic with plstic bristles) in the package.

Some with that type of wand I have reviewed on my blog are Avon’s Super Full Mascara, Cover Girl’s LashExact and Max Factor’s Volume Couture. If you click on “mascara” in my categories section, I believe you will find all of those reviews. My favorite so far, is the Max Factor Volume Couture.

    HTH!

Oooh, I don’t remember back that far, but I think so far here in 2008, my favorite product has been MAC’s Zoom Lash mascara. Incredible length!

I think it was in 2006 that I discovered smashbox primer. Although I no longer use any primers, I was obsessed for the longest time.

  • Ashley Samantha

I hardly remember my products in 2006 – that is how fickle I am. I do remember loving my Prescriptives custom blends, Lancome’s juicy tubes, and MAC lip gelees.
