Alicia Silverstone – A Vocal Vegan

aliciaClueless actress and celebrity Alicia Silverstone is one of the more vocal animal lovers and Vegans.

She sticks to a very strict regimen, and favors beauty products from the following lines:
Kiss My Face
Zia Natural Skincare
Burt’s Bees
Crystal Rock Deodorant.

I have used Burt’s Bees, but none of the others. I will surely be adding them to my list of new things to try.

    Burt’s Bees is very good but they also use Beewax, an animal by-product in some of their products, something Vegans dont use.

    I’ve been using Burt’s Bees for several years and love it. Fortunately, a store in my area has just started carrying it, too.

    I love Kiss My Face’s “Green Tea & Lime” shampoo/conditioner. Smells yummy and works wonderfully!

    Burt’s Bees also has some items that don’t have beeswax or pollen.

    I will not use Burt’s Bees because they use lanolin in their products, gross!!! Love Kiss My Face though.

    I like Kiss My Face as well as Burt’s Bees (but do read the ingredient label). My favourite is Mychelle Dermaceuticals. They are amazing!
