Carly Fiorina Resorts To High School Zinger to Attack Barbara Boxer

Carly Fiorina, who recently won the Republican nomination for U.S. Senate seat in California, was caught on a live mic saying that her rival Barbara Boxer’s hair is “so yesterday.” The entire statement was, “God, what is that hair? So yesterday.”

Listen — that’s insulting to Boxer, is totally uncalled for, and is a very gendered insult that any female (or male, for that matter) politician should know far better than to make. But earth to Carly Fiorina — no one actually says “so yesterday”! Who do you think you are, the mean girl antagonist of an ’80′s movie? You know what’s so yesterday? Your method of insulting people. But at least your hair is just so today. NOT.

Two points. First, when you have no substance you talk about Hair. Second, Fiorina’s claim to fame is that she was CEO of HP, but of course she was fired. As a computer person I can say that HP had become even worse under her leadership.

Some comedian said it best, “Women have gained equality in Politics, they can buy an election as well as a man”.
