Understatement of the Day: ‘Gun, marijuana and hydrocodone get man in trouble’

Apparently, in Charleston, West Virginia, a person can’t just walk around minding their own business while packing heat, smoking a bowl and snorting opioids.

The Charleston Daily Mail reports that 41-year-old Craig Alan Roberts was strolling down the street one day, keeping to himself and carrying all of the above-mentioned items on his person, when the cops stopped him and he readily let them know that he had a gun in his pocket.

OK, so that’s like when I took my car for an oil change, and I gave them the unsolicited information about the noise coming from the engine. Just, like, an FYI. Right?

Wrong!! After a search revealed Roberts’ other everyday trinkets, he was taken into custody and held on $6,000 bail.

This is just downright un-American.
