Poll: Do You Wear Bras for Comfort or Cleavage?

A few years ago, I got really into having cleavage up to my chin. The girls just look really good when they go up and in — and it’s a unique kind of satisfying to glance down and have fantastic tatas staring back up at you.

Since making that decision, I haven’t really looked back.

However, I grant you that push-up bras are not always designed for comfort. And just the other day, during an excruciating session in the Victoria’s Secret dressing room, it occurred to me that I could sacrifice fashion for comfort.

I won’t, but I could.

So I wonder, where do you stand on this?

Sorry! This poll is now closed.

I shouldn’t wear push up bras. There’s simply too much there to lift. And I have yet to encounter a DD cup push-up bra (though I’m sure somebody has made one).

If I had a smaller chest, I probably would wear a push-up fairly regularly, simply for the shape. Bras come off at the end of the day anyways.

Laura, have you visited lovefifi.com? They have a pretty good selection of bras and aren’t too pricey either.

I wear a bra for comfort, and I almost never wear a push-up bra, but even the regular ones improve cleavage – a nice side benefit :)

  • Emily

I don’t really have anything to lift! I occasionally wear a padded bra, but push ups are kind of useless for me.

I wear a DDD and they make padded pushups in my size. I love to wear them since breastfeeding and gravity are trying to take control and I will fight it until my dying day!!

  • Allison

Neither… I wear them with hope to fight gravity.

Me too! I have solid D’s, and have had them for about 8 years, so I sleep in bras as well. I work hard to maintain my Pencil Test passing grade. I expect that to change if I have kids, but for right now, I like the girls to defy gravity even without the bra.

I think cleavage is like an accessory. It goes well sometimes with certain outfits and events and sometimes it doesn’t.

  • Girl

I usually go for comfort, but the most comfortable bras are generally the ones that fit best and look best.

I agree it’s satisfying to look down and see my tatas staring back but i could use a more comfortable bra

I am a guy. My prefernce is for both comfort and cleavage; cleavage without a bra. Or the comfort of no bra even if she cannot show cleavage.
