This Beauty Product Is Named After Porn

I guess Jizz nail polish just wasn’t enough.

Now, there’s a beauty brand named Ultraflesh, which got its name from a porn company. Although Sephora’s page for the brand reads that the products were “inspired by the desire to elevate mundane beauty routines,” cofounder Nicole Ostoya admitted to Allure that the brand name had a slightly more unseemly origin: an ’80s porn movie called Ultra Flesh, where “the main character is a beautiful alien who has skin that is so otherworldly you can almost not touch it; she also shoots lasers out of her hoo-ha.”

I have to say, the idea of shooting lasers out of a hoo-ha is not really something I associate with makeup, but I definitely won’t forget the name of the brand. Also, this movie poster looks fucking awesome.
