Anna Wintour on Alexander McQueen and Which Young Designers Have His Potential

The Telegraph‘s Hilary Alexander caught up with the American Vogue EIC and asked her about the legacy of Alexander McQueen, the upcoming retrospective of his work and how she remembers waiting in “many, many freezing basements, garages and railway stations,” waiting for his shows to begin.

“Whatever he did was just touched with genius. It’s like John Galliano [...] They are quite similar in their imagination and how they soar.”
