We have to admit, Nonoo wasn’t really on our radar before NYFW. But when we caught their presentation at Milk last week, we ended up staying a bit longer than we intended. We were so into the collection’s ladylike simplicity: a muted palette of black, navy and gray, all with intelligent details to keep ‘basic’ away from ‘boring.’ Think cocktail dresses with lace details, simple but beautiful outerwear, wide-leg trousers; all with a darkly romantic aesthetic. We’re sharing a few of our favorite pieces from their Fall/Winter 2011 lookbook.
