Poll: Do You Watch Porn?

This has been a porn-tastic week! First, we had Chicago sex blogger Rachel Rabbit White institute Lady Porn Day on Tuesday, which she explained to HuffPo as follows:

“Lady Porn Day is essentially to celebrate porn and masturbation. I’m inviting everyone to talk about their porn experiences, share stories and to ultimately share their porn recommendations. This is about not only opening up a dialog about how porn is good, but also how porn is hard, how it can be an issue for women, in terms of dealing with guilt or body image or their sexuality.”

Then, we had Cameron Diaz publicly announcing her love of porn, and going on to explain that she likes to watch in hotel rooms when you can’t see the charge (kinky).

So, what about you? Do you watch porn?

I’ll go first. Yes, I watch porn. I would say that I indulge in it about one or two times a month.  Mostly I do it when I have enough time, and when it occurs to me. I don’t find it that difficult to locate porn that appeals to me, but I do find that I have to do some searching in order to get through all the videos that immediately go to a close-up of shaved balls smacking into some girl as she gets boned from behind. Not my thing.

OK, your turn!

Sorry! This poll is now closed.

I’ve pretty much been watching it since I found out what the internet was.

But I am a gay male, we tend to love, and fund, and love funding such things.

Of course i watch porn (dosen’t the majority) but it is super frustrating how hard it is to find porn directed for a female audiance. There is just some stuff i dont care about seeing (like revenge porn sites in the sidebars) it makes me pissed off, insecure and kills my mood. Masturbation and insecurity dont work well together.

Yes, I watch porn pretty much daily. It sort of depends on whether or not I’m getting sex? If the odds on getting laid are low, I’m definitely going to go hunting for porn.

I watch probably 2-3 times a week, sometimes more if I’m not getting any. I hate having to flip through page after page to find something that appeals to me. The girl absolutely can not be faking it. As a fellow female I can tell, and it’s an automatic turnoff.

I watch porn occasionally, but I don’t find much internet porn appealing. I really dislike the way the women squeak-moan throughout the whole thing, and I’d rather look at whole bodies and faces than genitals specifically. Additionally, I find pierced nipples and other intimate bits a real turn-off because I get so fixated on how much it must have hurt.

Alright, I’ll just say it–on the relatively infrequent occasions where I watch porn, I like watching two girls. I think it has something to do with a familiarity of one’s own equipment. Girls know how to eat a pussy right. If I could go down on myself I would–had a dream about that once. freaky

I don’t watch it regularly, but I do watch it. I used to be really anti-porn, but then I gave myself a good talking-to. Did I think sex was wrong? No. Did I think watch sex was intrinsically wrong? No. What I learned was that I was worried about the politics of the porn industry, but not anti-porn altogether.
I’ve since learned that there are some great directors out there making non-exploitative porn. My favourite is Lust Films. I also enjoy blogs like Sex is Not the Enemy.

I watch it regularly, although I agree with the other ladies here that it is difficult to find porn that appeals to me. The major problems for me are when 1) you can’t see the guy because the camera is pointed at the girl all the time, 2) when you do see the guy, he’s always much less attractive than the girl, 3) the guy is rubbish at pleasing the girl, yet the girl pretends to be squeaking with joy. Amateur porn is usually better.

I don’t watch it because I did it. I did the hardcore sex acts where I was slapped, hit, called names like “toilet cunt” and “filthy whore” and I was forced into repulsive and illegal sex acts I never agreed to. Most of the films in porn are filmed in PRIVATE mansions on a mostly male set with very young women. What’s a 19 year old woman going to do? Call her agent and say no? In front of a group of naked men stroking themselves? No, she’s scared out of her mind and she’s going to do the scene. Read the very stories of porn stars right here to learn what REALLY goes on in porn: http://www.shelleylubben.com and http://www.thepinkcross.org
Please stop contributing to the destruction and deaths of human lives in the porn industry and help us get the truth out. Thank you so much for caring.

The porn industries is full of sick and evil people. But porn is not necessarily a bad thing. We can watch clean sexy porn with cute girls posing in an artistic and yet erotic way. Some time people take porn to an exaggerated and disgusting level and other time porn is just there to bring you a sexy time. Check out my blog were I use porn but its not the focus of my site.

I found this page while searching for a porn review for my girlfriend and adult actress Kenzi Marie so I thought to make a quick comment. While some producers may be awful work for, there are a lot of decent ones that treat the girls well. Kenzi has never been set up to do something she didn’t want to do and is comfortable with the people she works with.
