Would You Buy A $6,500 Magazine?

Honestly? If I had $6,500 to blow I probably would. But only because I don’t think this is a magazine. I think of magazines as being something I get for $5 at a drugstore. Fine art, on the other hand, I can rationalize paying thousands for. And it seems like Nomenus Quarterly – which produces only 10 editions and is filled with fine art prints – is more like art than, say, Lucky (although Lucky has such pretty pictures!) I feel like it’s going to help if Nomenus retitles themselves “a big old box of art.” But I suppose paying $6,500 for “a big old box of art” wouldn’t be nearly as attention grabbing.
