I’ve often told my lovely friends that they need to get better attitudes and not be so down on their looks all the time, but I realize this is sometimes easier said than done. If you could snap your fingers and get a better self-image, a lot of you probably would’ve done it by now. Nonetheless, there are some things you can do, and as someone who used to feel fat and gross constantly but is now one vain motherfucker*, I think I know a thing or two about attitude adjustment. *I still feel fat and gross once in a while. But much less often than I used to!
