Hah! Not really. Those are entirely different women. However, if you’re in some sort of setting with blacklights, it will make certain aspects of your face appear… clownish. And interesting. And neon! The only downside is that you’re going to have to spend a lot of time at raves for this to be noticable, and it’s been such a long time since people have been to raves that the Michael Alig joke I was going to make isn’t even funny.
