Visionaire–they of the comically priced fancy fashion magazines–are rolling out their biggest, fanciest issue yet. Measuring 5 feet by 7 feet, it just so happens to be the largest magazine ever published, according to the Guinness Book of World Records. It will cost $1,500.
The issue features various artists exploring the idea of what it means to be larger than life, with contributions from Ed Ruscha, Marina Abramovic with some snake friends, Karl Lagerfeld, Steven Meisel and Bruce Weber. The cover, shot by Inez & Vinoodh, features Lady Gaga as an oil slicked mermaid.
…And don’t fret: there will be a smaller version that measures 36 inches by 50 inches and will only set you back $375, a relative bargain. Here’s a taste.
