Some recently unearthed high school yearbook photos of fashion plate Blake Lively show her looking much the same as she does today. Or rather, she’s definitely had her teeth and her nose “fixed” since then, but she’s hardly the Frankenbabe that some other people in Hollywood are.
As The Daily Mail points out, her sense of style hasn’t changed that much, either:
She’s still attracted to slinky, glittery things, but now she has the Kaiser to help her do it right.

As nose jobs go, I think this is a pretty good one. Lively clearly did her homework on who to go to and spent a ton of money, as one should if one is going to permanently mess with one’s face. I think her face had more character before, but sadly, I doubt the producers of Gossip Girl would see it that way, making her actions somewhat understandable. Oh, television.
