This Image Of Tom Cruise May Upset You

Tom Cruise was once a very desirable sex symbol to a lot of people–before his eyes got that crazy look and we realized he’d been standing on a phonebook the entire time. Now he’s shirtless with belly tattoos on the cover of W–flanked by two unidentified models (we’re guessing Edita Vilkeviciute and Abbey Lee). Cruise has the fake ink in order to promote his upcoming movie Rock of Ages, a musical about Bon Jovi and belly tattoos and not eating carbs. Probably.

The film also stars Malin Akerman, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Alec Baldwin, Russell Brand and Julianne Hough. Here is the trailer, featuring Alec Baldwin in a wig and lots of corporate rock anthems from the eighties.

You sound less than enthusiastic about this movie…

I’m actually expecting this movie to become my biggest guilty pleasure of 2012. So Tom better not let me down :)

Upset? How about LOL!! This made my day.

    • The only person that makes sense in this movie is Russell Brand.

feminists make fun of a man’s height

Oh my god, that would be so totally ironic if women were trying to achieve height equality with men!

      Cruise’s pic is completely PHOTOSHOPPED!

He doesn’t (and never did) have anywhere close to that ripped body.

In reality the guy is short with a “prone to be” soft torso. Some call it dumpy.

Cruise has always had to fight the “doughboy” body syndrome.

Nooooooo!! This looks NOTHING like the musical! :’( And Tom is so wrong for Stacee! WHY WHY WHYYYY must Hollywood ruin these things for me??
