Amazing Vintage Ads For Apple’s Short-Lived Apparel Collection

Long ago, in the 1980s, Apple had an apparel collection. Yes, Apple as in computers. The line, which debuted in 1986, was prosaically called The Apple Collection and had all the hallmarks of an awesome 80s time capsule: Jams-style prints, rainbow logos, collars meant for popping… Check them out (and all the excellent catalog poses) ahead.

    Having grown up in the 80s, I unfortunately remember the atrocity that was Apple clothing, amongst other horrible fashion, which at the time, I wore with pride. The “John Hugh’s villains” caption is GRREAT, and dead on.
    Please bring us more obscure 80s fashion to laugh at!
