Controversially not-fat modeling figure Kate Upton has a new spread in Interview Russia, in which she pretends to be a real model. By which we mean: if you peruse this frequently asinine comment thread, you’ll notice a lot of self-styled fashion authorities insisting that, though Upton is “normal” in the real world (!), she is inarguably “fat for fashion.” Although we’re grateful that such experts deigned to explain how the fashion and modeling industries work, we’re extremely confused by these images shot by Elle Muliarchyk (and styled by Vanessa Traina) in which Upton… looks like a real model. Confounding!
