Science keeps wanting to pummel you with the information that sharing a bed with someone is going to disturb your sleep. Namely because:
“Someone who shared a bed was 50 percent more likely to be disturbed during the night than a person who slept alone.”
You know, frankly, I’ve never viewed getting sound sleep as all that important, maybe because I am a terrible sleeper. I don’t really complain about it though. I just get up and yodel really loudly and remind everyone in the apartment that they’re headed for the eternal sleep of death soon enough. It’s hard to incorporate lyrics that sophisticated into your yodels, but I do it, because I’m a hero. I mean, someone has to.
