Steubenville High Athletes Drunkenly Mock Teen Rape Victim

Last summer, a 16-year-old girl got drunk and passed out at a house party before being attacked by Steubenville High athletes Trent Mays and Ma’lik Richmond. They took multiple explicit photos with their cellphones and even carried the victim to other parties, assaulting her repeatedly over the span of several hours.

It gets worse.

Apparently several of the high school’s athletes were involved. Though they weren’t charged along with Mays and Richmond, they did call themselves “the rape crew” and helped take and disseminate the photos. Anonymous staged protests and threatened to expose the boys–publishing names, social security numbers, addresses, relatives, and phone numbers–if they didn’t apologize by January 1st.

It’s January 2nd, which brings us to this astonishing 12-minute video of intoxicated Steubenville high school athletes ridiculing the victim.

All 12 minutes center around the group’s drunken jeering, though the main speaker is identified by the video’s poster as Michael Nodianos. Watch as they crack themselves up at the idea of the victim being dead: deader than a “doornail,” “deader than” JFK, Chris Henry, OJ’s wife, Caylee Anthony, and Trayvon Martin, amongst others.

“She is so raped,” Nodianos adds, “Her puss is about as dry as the sun right now.”

Jezebel’s Katie J. M. Baker took the time to transcribe some of this bile:

At around 4:15, one of his friends says, “That’s not cool bro” and “That’s like rape. It is rape. They raped her.”

He starts cracking up and riffs on that too: “They raped her quicker than Mike Tyson!” and “they raped her more than the Duke lacrosse team!”

“What if that was your daughter?” one guy says. “But it isn’t,” he says.

Other choice quotes include: “It isn’t really rape because you don’t know if she wanted to or not” and “what if she was pregnant and gave birth to a dead baby?”

Nodianos, by the way, is the one who tweeted a play-by-play of the rape:

nodidamus

What else is there to say, really? Other than that it’s always terrible to be reminded that people like this exist.

The video’s poster is already receiving violent threats, predictably.

(This original version of this post misidentified the victim; it’s been updated throughout)

This makes me sick to my stomach.

  • Cee

UGH these are horrible human beings. I wish there was the same outcry here as there was in India so rapists can finally start fucking understanding that this is not right.

    • tornado171

Is Nodionos going to be charged as an accomplice? Can he laugh as he is being raped?

    • cjvg

I can, and i’m sure the victim(s) can too.
Lets see how much fun he will have joking about his own gang rape

    • Greek Aviatryx

Hahahahaha! I would laugh at his misery. He deserves it and I hope his Greek parents are ashamed and disgusted to the point of disowning him. The Greek community is big in Steubenville so I know he is eating choad now and hopefully more in prison. Serves him right. He is what we Greeks refer to as a malaka,. Yep he will fit in with his new boyfriends!!!

High school athletes and the so called “stars” are always treated differently and frequently receive much more favorable treatment from school officials. If the officials don’t pander to the stars….the boosters and the parents will get the administaters removed!

Ever see a high school start to implement a behavior code for athletic participation?…the parents are the 1st one’s to object and threaten the high school principal and staff!

It’s the American way….unless the silent majority wakes up and says get rid of EDUCATION funding for sports teams….focus on EDUCATION!

    • Kristie

I agree. We shouldn’t just talk about it. We need to stand up. Where do you live? I am in Saline, MI just outside of Ann Arbor. Let’s organize a protest where we live. Let me know if you are in and we can organize together. I have never staged a protest before. All I know is that being mad and silent is enough. It doesn’t help. We need tougher laws and penalties and support for the victims, so that they will not fear coming forward and prosecuting their attackers.

    • Deb

You are so right, it’s disgusting and vulgar. I hope they go to jail.

I bet their parents are real proud!

    • cjvg

Their “parents” or whatever you want to call those pieces of trash are doing everything in their power to make their baby boys get of with a slap on the wrist.
Unfortunately many parents of the young males involved are actually in a position to do that without much effort, IE prosecuting attorney, sheriff etc are only two of the jobs the perpetrators parents are holding in that town.

I say world wide protests to get justice for this young lady and others like her. When people like this breathe we should all be ashamed to let this slide

More women need to own a gun.

  • Holly

“It isn’t really rape because you don’t know if she wants it or not.” I’m ill. So, is the assault taking place while this is being filmed? I’m a little confused by it. I’m also confused by the semi-offended nature of the people in the background while they can also continue on with their other conversations intermittently. There has to be some sort of serious repercussions for this. I’m also terrified that somehow my son will end up friend with people like this and not have the courage to stand up for himself or someone else. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

    • EnoughAlready

Absolutely pathetic reasoning those boys have, “don’t know if she wants it or not”. Maybe the victim’s father should give these punks the beating of their lives then claim it isn’t assault for the same reason.

  • http://twitter.com/balkissoon Denise Balkissoon

Savannah Dietrick lives in Kentucky. Steubenville is in Ohio. I miss fact checkers.

    • Sarah

It doesn’t say that she lives in Steubenville, just that the boys who raped her were from there.

    • cjvg

She was not the only victim, there was a more recent rape perpetrated by the same crowd.
This time in steubenville itself against a girl from there.
He is bragging about that in this video.
And again they filmed it, bragged about it, joked about it and in general had a merry time with misery and abuse they inflicted upon another being.

  • scallywag

At present, debate about ethics, Anonymous taking the law into its own hands and potentially incriminating and violating the privacy of those individuals for simply expressing a point of view no matter how palatable that point of view has once again risen to the fore. Nevertheless it is becoming increasingly apparent the degree of power (rightly or wrongly) social media is having on bringing justice to the fore outside of traditional forums.

    http://scallywagandvagabond.com/2013/01/steubenville-high-school-students-joke-about-rape-in-video-leaked-by-anonymous/

    • JW

If you follow this story, you know that the football team is above the law in Steubenville. Many of the people that should be looking out for the victim are clearly morally corrupt. Demanding that rapists be held accountable seems ethical to me-

    • CMJ

These boys tweeted about rape. They are doing plenty to incriminate themselves. They have every right to express their “point of view” and we have every right to be disgusted by it.

    • espie

This is the world in which we live. If you are worried about the repercussions of your words and actions, make sure you aren’t being filmed.

    • MargeGunderson

As a matter of fact, someone asked this POS what if it were his daughter. First he said “but it isn’t” with his sick high-pitched giggle. When pushed for a real answer, he said he wouldn’t care and would just let her be dead.
(This was during his extensive giggle-fest of comparing the victim to various dead people, saying she was deader than Trayvon Martin, Caylee Anthony, Nicole Simpson, Garrett Reid, Chris Henry, JFK, etc.)

  • http://www.facebook.com/john.f.kreidler John F Kreidler

Usually, I am very uncomfortable with Anonymous as a group that is perhaps a little drunk with power in it’s vigilante roll. In this case, these guys deserve to have their lives ruined, identities stolen, college careers crippled, future employment stunted, etc. All the things Anonymous is good at doing.

Women (and men) who are raped can be some of the most victimized victims in society. Personally, I find rapists more disturbing than most murderers. In the United States we execute murderers with as an “eye for an eye” concept. We “steal” years from thieves by sticking them in prison. Maybe that “revenge attitude” isn’t right, but what do we do to a rapist to make them feel the pain that a rape victim and her family is going to feel for the rest of her life? We stick them on a registry. Just a tad lame. So, Anonymous, this time I won’t give a damn if you ruin the lives of a bunch of teenage boys. They gave up their rights to privacy and dreams when they decided to forcibly take those things from another person.

    • colleen7

Exactly! If the wheels of justice are stuck in a rut, refuse to turn or a running over the Cheer-lead then I say Go Anonymous!! The town doesn’t seem worried about boys getting blamed for stuff they didn’t do, they seem more concerned that these boys will face the consequences of what they did do. Cheerlead a gang rape. Sorry, if that is how you raised your son, I have no problem condemning him and you. You are both sociopaths.

The idea that this situation got back burnered because the rapists played high school football is the height of ludicrousness! These small towns where people obsess over high school football are incomprehensible to me. People, it is high school! Get a hobby!

it’s easy to dismiss these guys as monsters. The truth is this is how they are taught to think. The are lead to believe they are special and untouchable.

    • Anonnie Muss

It’s a big mistake to imply that they are “lead to believe” anything. They are more than old enough to be able to independently understand how incredibly wrong and sick their behavior was. They’re not 5-year-olds. Don’t make excuses for their psychopathic behavior. The real truth is that (1) personality disorders and other forms of mental illness are far more common than many Americans are willing to think about. It’s been estimated that around 10% of the population has some form or other of mental illness. For some people it’s low-level and can be treated, and for others, they are likely to harm themselves or others before that happens. (2) Yes, there is a dysfunctional culture around young men like these. And in this part of the country in general. I live in NYC and the smugness about “family values” and whatnot that emanates from this part of the country is sickening. Hypocritical nonsense. The land of meth labs, and they contribute pretty much nothing to our national culture apart from delusional, hypocritical wailing. But it’s no excuse whatsoever for this sick and criminal behavior.

    • Anonnie Muss

Almost immediately after I left this comment, I did some quick research and added another, correcting my erroneous 10% figure and linking to a much more recent and much more accurate figure from the NIMH regarding the percentage of Americans afflicted with mental disorders. Why on earth was it deleted?

      http://www.nimh.nih.gov/health/publications/the-numbers-count-mental-disorders-in-america/index.shtml

(quote)Yes, there is a dysfunctional culture around young men like these.

      GREAT POINT.

I live in northern Ohio, where life is a wee bit more civilized (but not much). I know an extremely devout Xtian single mother who allows her teen son to play first person shooter video games *and* Grand Theft Auto on his X Box. He’s not allowed to own GTA, mind you, but borrowing the game from his friends is alright….

    • http://www.facebook.com/thomas.morgan.370177 Thomas Morgan

I’m not making excuses… These guys are less than human in my opinion. My point is the culture that lead to these guys actions being accepted by their friends is very strong. I’m from northeastern ohio. I’ve seen this play out first hand. if you have value to the team it’s all good.

The ENTIRE culture has to be changed.

If you tell someone a lie and reenforce it repeatedly They are going to act as if it’s true. That doesn’t make them any less responsible for their actions. It just points to a bigger problem.

    • Douglas McFarland

There is clearly a level of sociopathy and sadism that is required for people to do these things. If they don’t feel soul crushingly bitterly horrible for what they did they are sociopaths and true monsters. There are many many many more young athletes who are treated this way who don’t drug, kidnap and gang rape their peers. My guess is this is because most people don’t want to hurt and demean other people NOT that most people would if they could but they can’t cause they are in band or drama.

    • http://twitter.com/insanelady Miranda Henriques

The guy doing the recording of this quite obviously has a hero worship thing going for the guy; “I’m going to watch this every day”, the laughing at completely unfunny jokes in such a gleeful manner and how he never turns the camera to anyone else. Don’t know if anyone else got that impression? If he was treated like that by people, no wonder he thought himself untouchable.

How did you get Republicans into this? Not very likely as they were from intercity Steubenville which is probably as Democratic as you can get. Nice try though. Sounds like you have your role models mixed up with theirs.

Steubenville is the county seat of Jefferson County. That county went for Romney 51.7% to Obama 46.3%. In the Republican Primary Santorum won 58% to Romney’s 25%. This suggests it is a pretty conservative/Tea Party place. My point is to challenge your claim with some facts. I do not subscribe to the idea that this tragedy has anything to do with the politics of these kids.

    • amazed108

The current political make-up of Steubenville is largely Democratic and an above-average number of registered Independents. There are six Democrats for every one Republican in Steubenville.

Just one short step away from shooting the place up don’t you think? It’s the boys, friends, and their culture. • jarheadkp

Why is our society going to Hell. Can’t be the lack of responsibility on our children and the parents. Can’t be the lack of God in our lives. Can’t be the parent that can’t find the time to be a parent and give their child the morals by example. Or the fear of being push out of a community due to the lack of morals. Theirs no hope for children like this in our society, nor the parents of these animals. Even if the criminal law doesn’t prosecute these animals. We as a society should make an example of them. Back to the good days of public humiliation !

    • Curly

It is as much society’s fault as it is the parents’. Children are not responsibility nor morality. Even when the parents try (I don’t know about this case) society pushes them away from morality. This is evident because they all were in some state of intoxication. The girl was wrong for putting herself in this position and the boys were wrong because they, I believe, fed the drinks to her and then took advantage when she was no longer capable to defend herself if she wanted to.
Yes they should be punished but how much and what kink should be evaluated to redeem rather than just cause pain.

    • ANonymous

“The girl was wrong for putting herself in this position ”
Are you serious? That’s victim blaming at its most foul. If you read the local leaks article, there’s proof that the girl was tricked and pressured into going to a party, and was immediately given a drugged drink upon getting into a car to go to the party. If you think women always need to be wary about what positions they put themselves in, what does that say about your opinion on the self-control of men? Victim blaming is insulting to everyone.

    • Michele From Ohio

“The girl” thought those assholes were her friends. There have been reports that these boys put other girls up to texting the victim, telling her they (the girls) would also be attending the ‘party’, so no worries. Teenagers can be really horrible to each other, ask me how I know…

    • tornado171

      THanks Scooter. I stand corrected.

  • loudpedal

I believe this is a result of early and excessive exposure to pornography. It does nothing better than numb a person’s mind to healthy sexual expression and trains them to see women as nothing more than objects dedicated to their pleasure. Parents need to be diligent about keeping their kids away from porn. Filter the internet, install spyware if necessary, keep track of friends, search their rooms, whatever is necessary.

I also am not a big fan of Anonymous but in this case, if it brings these rat bastards to justice, I’m all for them.

    • tornado171

What is your evidence? In some societies porn is not considered a bad thing. Countries that ban porn have the worst records when it comes to respecting women. Europe has liberal porn laws with little gender violence. Muslim countries which ban porn treat women with disdain. Porn is not vile. Hatred of women is vile.

    • http://www.facebook.com/people/Peter-Andrew/1432003481 Peter Andrew

Good point the eastern culture frowns upon porn hence more repressed individuals who have no respect for women. India is a prime example where bride burning still occurs

    • tornado171

Thanks Peter. I wonder why our culture can show a person killing another and this is not porn? People loving another is porn? Our whole foundation of what is considered vile is skewed. Violence is porn.

    • loudpedal

I have two pieces of evidence. One is me. I was a hard-core porn addict for 25 years. I saw the progression of objectification of women in myself. And I met plenty of other addicts in those 25 years – enough to know that I wasn’t the only one.

The other piece of evidence is on YouTube. If you search for testimonies of women who have gotten out of the porn industry, you’ll see more evidence that the porn industry itself objectifies women. The Pink Cross would be a good search term. I hope you don’t think that all women in porn videos actually want to be there. Women caught in sex traffiking account for some of the women on the computer screen. It’s another way that people without conscience turn women into money.

    • tornado171

Loudpedal, Great response and you are so correct. Porn does degrade women and men. So does stripping and so on. I do know of some success stories from the industry that resulted in love and family. My point is that in Europe where porn is allowed there is less rape.

To me the real porn is violence and yes it is mostly make believe, in movies. Thanks for the cogent reply

    • Michele From Ohio

This was my first thought. Porn isn’t like it was in the 1970′s and 80′s. Gonzo porn is all about degrading the woman in a hateful manner. This type of porn is not about filming two people going at it, it is all about hate-f*cking and sexually degrading the woman. It is really creepy and one would imagine that it’s biggest fans are closet cases and sexual sadists. And teenage boys who are taught that they are the center of the universe.

  • M.B.

The one running his mouth will probably be the first to cry in prison.

All these boys involved need to be castrated.

That girl shouldn’t of been at that party drinking anyway. Parents need to teach their kids not to “Hangout” especially girls. Parents give their daughters way too much freedom at that age. If I had a daughter she wouldn’t be at a party that wasn’t supervised by a parent I didn’t know personally. When I was in Highschool, My mother never allowed me to go into other people’s houses, I never attended not 1 party. And know as an Adult, I know why. She was very strict, It’s the parents responsibility to protect their kids. This little girl’s parents failed her.

    • spandrelmatic

Yes, by all means let the actual perps off the hook. Lots of people failed her, starting with the sick idiots who did this and the people around them who gave them a pass. Like, um, you.

    • CMJ

No. Those boys shouldn’t have raped her.

    • espie

Please don’t ever have a daughter.

    • http://www.facebook.com/natasha.carrollmurray Natasha Carroll Murray

how do you know that girl never snuck out to a party regardless of how she ended up there the whole sick act should have never taken place PLAIN AND SIMPLE

    • Michele From Ohio

I get what you are saying, but don’t blame the girl or her parents for what happened. Poor thing thought these boys were her friends. There were also other girls involved who lured the victim to this ‘party’ by saying they would be at the party as well, so the victim needn’t worry… Most members of this clique should be charged with conspiracy for this crime as well. But they won’t be charged with anything and that is sad.

High school football and high school jocks are very commonly the one’s who are perpetrators of this kind of immoral behavior….they are also usually the high school bully crowd.

High Schools sports teams are funded by hard earned tax payer money….and yet they are one the main breeding grounds for pack animal behavior such as this.

We need a paradigm shift in America…..it’s time to see if we eliminate high school sports teams to see if the bullying is reduced and if stuff like this is also reduced! I was a 3 sport high school athlete…..in the 70′s…..it’s time for change!

Why is the US the only nation in the world that thinks high school sports should be funded as part of EDUCATION funding! The same for College NCAA sports!

My guess is we have a silent majority that are fed up with these sports teams and misbehaving athletes in our high schools and colleges…and most people would for getting rid of these teams. Let the private sector handle it….that’s how Europe handles youth sports….they don’t fund sports by the tax payer doll.

This dude Nodianos is just some drunk teen failing at being funny. He didn’t rape her and shouldn’t be the focus of everyones wrath. Find the rapists and leave this dumb kid alone.

    • espie

The idiot let himself be filmed. What is filming good for other than to let everyone else see what happened?

Kid got exactly what he was asking for – attention.

    • CMJ

He’s not only dumb, but a vile human being. What he said was not funny in any way, shape, or form. Your comment is essentially my problem with the way society treats rape…”leave this kid alone” ? Absolutely fucking not. He deserves to have his actions and words displayed for all to see and hear because it is NOT OKAY to talk and joke about rape so flippantly.

    • Michele From Ohio

Nodianos is a nasty piece of filth who disgraced his entire family. He has reaped what he has sown. To ever be employable he will have to do an entire identity change.

These are the times I wish that Islamic Law applied. An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth, a sex organ for a sex organ.

    • Nightofhunters

Islamic law would call for the death of the victim so her family can have their honor back. Christian law would merely make the rapist pay the father money for raping his property.. Err, I mean his daughter. Gotta love those Abrahamic religions!! Knowing Stupidville the way I do, living not far from there, I guarantee that all these fools love Jesus and go to church on the regular. Hallelujah!

  • http://www.facebook.com/people/Mike-Pletka/1194232405 Mike Pletka

there is another wrinkle to all of this – another motivator – is the propensity to joke about tragedy, that its ok to joke in a perverse way using foul language – that its ok to joke about afterward actually sets the stage for the next victim – because the foul language and jokes themselves perpetuate the attitude – its ok and if its not then we can tell a few off jokes about it and make it ok – and who can argue with it without sounding like a prude?

    • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=2612654 John Hester

good point. The reaction to the rape among this gang makes the rapists entertainers.

    • teeky2

Agree with joking about tragedy, BUT I doubt these guys viewed what happened
to the girl as a “tragedy”. They are not that empathetic.

  • Horace Parker

Death is to nice for these guys. Torture from the masses and make it slow! To treat a woman or anyone with such evil is to be punished to the fullest extent of the paw++++. • Kochis

Unfortunately Steubenville and the next town Wintersville over is full of scum bags. These teenagers need to put on trial as adults. Let’s see how they like being raped in prison….

  • http://www.facebook.com/theballasttank Daniel Smith

If I was that girl’s father, yes, I’d kill the boys. But I would also be wondering what my 16-year-old daughter was doing drinking. I would hope I taught her better than that. She experienced something terrible and deserves support and justice. Still, everything could have been avoided if she had chosen not to drink, or better, not go to a party with drinking.

And on a related note, I want to know how those kids got the alcohol and I want to see that person locked up for a long time.

    • CMJ

      Victim blamer.

    • http://www.facebook.com/theballasttank Daniel Smith

I thought I made it clear in my original post with the line “I’d kill the boys,” nothing justifies the actions of those boys. But if all you do is blame the perpetrators without asking what could have been done to prevent it, you’re asking for it to happen again.

    • CMJ

“You’re asking for it to happen again.”

    • http://www.facebook.com/theballasttank Daniel Smith

I don’t even see what you’re saying by quoting that. If all we did was blame the captain of the Titanic, ship design wouldn’t have improved and we STILL wouldn’t have enough life boats. If all we did was blame bad drivers, we wouldn’t have airbags. And if you fail to see that alcohol at underage parties is a problem, you’re opening up a whole can of worms. Now if you please, contribute something meaningful rather than playing a game of name-calling.

    • CMJ

I think alcohol at underage parties is a problem (who doesn’t, for that matter?). But, teenagers are teenagers and they go to parties. And, no matter how much you may teach your children to not drink or do bad things, they still might. Kids put themselves in bad situations all the times. It doesn’t mean she should have gotten raped. I’m a woman. I could safeguard myself to the moon. We are taught from an early age how to “avoid these situations.” It still doesn’t mean I can prevent rape from happening to me.

    • http://www.facebook.com/theballasttank Daniel Smith

I appreciate your view, and I agree with it in its entirety. I’m not trying to blame the victim at all, nor am I trying to blame her parents. The boys are scum and they deserve the worst they can get. And you’re right that not all kids will make the right choices, no matter how well they’re taught. BUT we do need to limit the access kids have to alcohol. Somebody gave them alcohol, and they need to be punished as well. Would you agree with that statement?

    • M.B.

This is actually to both of you, CMJ and Daniel Smith… I’m a woman. I have given “sex talks” to other women younger than me where I include the “drinking responsibly” speech. I know many of the tricks these rapists use. I had been raped at 20 years of age after being drugged (half a glass of red wine mixed with Sprite mind you). That one didn’t bother me much except it inspired me to research prevention tactics and inspired me to educate young women… I’ve also been fired for being sexually harassed in the workplace where I was told I showed too much skin and dressed too provocative in my men’s t-shirts and blue jeans (it was a graphic design job at a newspaper after regular hours). BUT even with all that, even researching and following advice from law officers and pro-woman organizations, even against a guy I could take down in a heart beat, at 29, I still got raped, awake. I blamed myself for it for the first two years after it. I guess rape victims do that. Probably because of society blaming us. But you know what? Dude who raped me knew better. He was actually a serial rapist because he got away with it so much. Military prison I’m sure was exciting for him (thanks to my testimony). We were both active duty at the time. The blaming the victim is why I couldn’t defend myself. Had I done so, I would be the one with a dishonorable discharge instead of him. Either way, I totally still advocate educating women about the dangers of drinking irresponsibly. There are too many jerk people out there who take advantage of the weak and vulnerable. You can’t stand up for yourself if you are falling down drunk, and while you shouldn’t have to, and while other people should be helping you, it doesn’t always work that way. With my daughters, after educating them the best way I know how, I’m still going to text them frequently, mainly to make sure they are making sense and don’t sound drunk or drugged at their “church functions” they’ll probably lie about attending like i used to. There is a parenting factor. It doesn’t shift blame at all. These kids are almost adults and should know better, and that should go without being said. BUT AT THE SAME TIME, I advocate voicing your opinion to make certain blame doesn’t get shifted on the victim what so ever. AND it’s awesome someone is stepping up as parent asking questions to try to make sure his kids don’t experience that problem. If a father can prevent rape from happening to his daughter, that’s a knight in shining armor. This PTSD crap is crap. I think it’s going to haunt me for the rest of my life.

    • espie

You’re argument became moot when you said “You’re asking for it to happen again.” Your comments are asking for a slap in the face. Would you agree it’s deserved if someone slapped you?

    • margegunderson

According to the stuff Anonymous has dug up, she didn’t even go to the party; she went to her friend’s house where one of these creeps drugged her. She was comatose being carried from party to party for more POS to rape.

She broke up with one of the Rape Crew, Cody Saltsman. He vowed revenge on her for dumping him, sending out several tweets and posting several Facebook messages vowing she was going to get it, that nobody dumps Cody Saltsman. Anonymous and LocalLeaks have both posted screen caps of all of that.

His best buddy, Trent Mays, texted the victim over several weeks telling her everyone else still liked her and to not worry about Cody. She eventually agreed to go to her friend’s house when he would be there. That’s where he drugged her, she blacked out and was comatose for everything else you’re reading about.

    • Michele From Ohio

There were also other girls who texted the victim and told her not to worry, they (the girls) would be attending the party as well. So girls were in on the rape conspiracy as well, which just adds another level of filth to this whole sad situation.

  • Charlie Bourque

This in my mind justifies surgical castration as a punishment. These young men should be made so they cannot hurt anyone in this manner again, and removed from the gene pool. There is no punishment that can remedy the damage done, but this is the only one that can have the same duration of effect on the guilty that this will have on the victim and her family.

I don’t see that Mark Cole mentioned in the last few minutes of this sicko talking on this video is being prosecuted he was at his house according to drunk guy.. Shouldn’t this guy be a witness for the prosecution along with this very damning video be added as evidence and shouldn’t he be considered an accomplice?
Thankful none of my children turned out this way…

Now they are crying afoul that they wont get a fair trial since their images and video were leaked to the press. They thought it was funny when they posted it on face book for their friends to see. Well they are guilty and deserve what they get. They will get to see how funny it is when they are being raped in prison. Now if it was my daughter they would be raped with a bat after they ate their manhood and only after they suffered the same pain as this young lady did I might let them just die. For cases like this the penalty should be death!!!!

Yeah Anonymous! These pathetic ‘stars’ are exactly what should NOT be recruited to our colleges to further their criminal careers. Their names should be sent to every college in the country. Then they can stay home, work at Wally World humming ‘Glory Days’.
