I guess if you have been sitting around thinking “how can I eat food that would leave me starving to death were it all I ate” there is now an answer! Zero calorie noodles. Zero Noodles are what you’ve been looking for.
According to the Daily Mail, the noodles, which the packages claims have been “used in Japan for centuries” have “ zero fat, zero sugar, zero taste and a slightly fishy odour.”Â
Does that mean that they taste absolutely disgusting? Because it kind of sounds that way. However, it might be worth it. The Zero noodle website claims that:
Used throughout Asia as a popular diet food, Zero Noodles are eaten as a replacement for rice and pasta and can be incorporated into almost any dish in order to bulk and satisfy as would pasta, bread, rice or potato. Just by simply changing the carbohydrate from your evening meal with a pack of Zero Noodles you can dramatically reduce your overall calorie intake for the day. This can translate to at least around 1lb of weight loss every week, without even having to try! (Depending on your body weight and usual calorie intake).
