Welcome to another edition of Upfront With Mari, our original web series starring the ever-charismatic office manager Mari Correa. This week she is here to discuss her various experiences celebrating St. Patrick’s Day.
Yesterday I went to Trader Joe’s and noticed they were selling a green-colored cheese and another cheese laced with an Irish porter. You can always trust Trader Joe’s cheeses to remind you which holidays are imminent. And indeed, St. Patrick’s Day is in a little over a week. So if you haven’t already stocked up on crappy beer, cleaned your only green t-shirt, and bought LED eyelashes, I suggest you get on that.
I also suggest you watch this video, and see Mari talk about the best way to get wasted and the best way to deal with a St. Patrick’s Days hangover (it’s shockingly simple!). And proving once more that she is far more charming than myself, she discusses the St. Patrick’s Day when she befriended a group of cute Navy guys, some of whom still text her. (I spent last St. Pattie’s Day sitting on a lawn drinking Jameson from the bottle.)
