If you’re like most people who have a thing for nice, yet hot guys then you’ve probably spent some quality time thinking about Paul Rudd. And when I say quality time, I mean this in both a daydream type of way during the work day and maybe even at night as you reach into your “special” drawer. The man is simply fine. Oh, and funny! Funny is sexy.
So when you find someone hot, funny and nice, the immediate reaction is you want to make-out with them. Of course, you want to be bed them, too, but let’s not jump the gun.
If you’re a Paul Rudd fan, you’ve probably noticed something about all the female leading ladies who have played opposite him. Or maybe you haven’t, because you’re so focused on Paul and all his awesomeness. However, that theme, if you sit back and think about his movies is quite clear: the ladies of NBC sitcoms and Paul are matches made in heaven.
Paul has been matched up with two of the three “friends” from Friends — Lisa Kudrow and Jennifer Aniston. He was engaged to Rashida Jones in I Love You, Man, and in film They Came Together, Paul is opposite Amy Poehler — so right there Parks and Recreations is covered. He obsessed over his ex, played by Mindy Kaling, in The 40-Year-Old Virgin, and now he’s finally reached the queen of NBC, Tina Fey, with his new movie Admission.
Paul Rudd has pretty much cornered the market when it comes to playing characters that woo, or are wooed by, him.
So, what does this mean for you? It’s simple really. If you want to make-out with Paul Rudd, you need to change careers stat. You need to procure a re-occurring role on a “hot” NBC sitcom, then wait for the movie scripts to coming rolling in. Eventually, you’ll be offered a gig in which you will play the lady opposite Paul Rudd, and you will be able to make-out with him and enjoy awkward comedic sex scenes. You just need to start moving in that direction of making that career change now, and all will fall into place.
And to think you probably scoffed at the title of this post! I just made your life better, Paul Rudd fan.
