1960s Date

The post World War II baby boom produced 70 million teenagers that literally rocked the culture of the 1960s. Young people shaped the fashion and politics of the decade, launching the Million Man March, the sexual revolution, and the British invasion.

The ’60s were a volatile time in America — in and out of the bedroom. The decade was ushered in by the election of JFK and swept away by just three days of peace and music. Here’s what dating was really like in the swinging sixties.

In an entire post titled “What Dating Was Like In The 1960s” there’s ABSOLUTELY nothing about dating. It’s just a hook for a celebration of counterculture.

But don’t change the content, change the title. “The 1960′s Through a Progressivist Lens” is one possibility.

(BTW, the “Million Man March” was in 1995, and in any event I’m not aware it was “shaped” by “young people”.)
