There’s no reason not to eat ice cream in the winter, but summer is lovely enough to give us lots of reasons to eat ice cream whenever we want. Ice cream itself is not bad for the skin, as dairy products contain vitamin A, which is great for the skin. Additionally, a lot of the tastiest sundae toppings are really good for your skin as well, especially blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and bananas. Personally, I always like chopped nuts on ice cream, and those are great for your skin’s health. Also try shaving some dark chocolate on top.
Another thing that’s really good for your skin is getting a lot of sleep, so you could do worse than spending the afternoon with an ice cream sundae followed by a long nap.
