Now that baby North West is out in the world (and wearing Givenchy burp rags and Alexander Wang leather track pants), the full scale media assault to remind us How Kim’s Losing The Weight has begun. Though we’ve already seen Kim Kardashian‘s post! baby! body! while she was out! and! about! in LA a few weeks ago, we’re still a few months off seeing Kim’s Stunning Weightloss! splashed across US Weekly covers and the accompanying pages of sample recipes from her fake diet.
Kim recently tweeted that she’s on Atkins–”I’ve actually been doing the Atkins diet & luv it,”–but that’s all she’s going to give until she’s lost enough weight dramatic before and after shots in an exclusive Life & Style spread.
Luckily, the sources have begun telling magazines what she’s up to so fans can duplicate her diet at home–despite the fact that what she’s up to also involves a private chef and two hours a day/six days a week with a personal trainer. A rep for Atkins tells Us:
“She is eating lots of lean proteins, healthy fats like nuts and avocado, carbs, fruits, veggies and cheese. She wanted to be a healthy, nursing mom and not toxify her milk with her diet or lose weight too quickly. She’s been doing Atkins since her doctor approved it at the end of June.”
Sounds like there’s already an endorsement deal in the pipeline–keep your eyes peeled for Kim walking around Hollywood with some Atkins meal replacement bars.
