Jennifer Lawrence Talks Camel Toes And Wetsuit Peeing In Catching Fire

Jennifer Lawrence springs to action on the set of 'The Hunger Games Catching Fire' filming in Hawaii

We’re sorry to be the bearer of bad news, Hunger Games fans, but there won’t be any visible genitalia in Catching Fire. Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson recently sat down with E! to discuss the upcoming movie. And their junk. Mostly their junk.

The District 12 hotties (potential band name?) spend a good chunk of the movie in wetsuits, which is great news for fans of JLaw’s silhouette (damn!) and even better news for those of us who love hearing the stars give interviews about pee. Hutcherson says,

Honestly, I was expecting them to be horrible because the idea of being in a wetsuit for a whole movie sounds terrifying. But they actually were pretty comfortable once we found you can actually pee through them– just go into the ocean and take care of your business.

It’s good to see that they’re keeping the toiletless tradition alive, since Lawrence famously told Unscripted that she earned the on-set nickname “Katpiss Neverclean” for a similar reason. “I didn’t shower, and I wasn’t very clean, and I peed in the woods,” the actress declared proudly. “I was raised peein’ in the woods.”

The reigning queen of decorum, etiquette, and couth, Jennifer Lawrence, also has a habit of telling talk shows that she pees when she’s nervous, so it’s totally shocking that she’d unabashedly discuss her vag lips. Katpiss assures E!, unprompted, that there will be minimal labia in the arena. ”I was surprised at how little camel toe problem there was,” she says about her wetsuit. “I was expecting a lot more.”

Okay, but what about the dude bulges? Sam Claflin, who’s playing Dreamy McDreamerson Finnick Odair, says they had to wear thongs at the beginning, “so there was no VPL,” but that they “eventually went with cycling shorts that kept it all in tact.” Hutcherson adds, “We tried cups in the beginning, but they looked ridiculous.” Got it.

It really is a shame how young fans look up to these unaccessible stars. They come off as so glamorous and unrealistic! Just once, I’d like to be able to picture the Hunger Games cast as a gaggle of peeing goofballs.
