A few years back, I wrote for a small vegetarian publication. I was the recipe editor and I covered features on kids and yoga or how to maintain a container garden. I also reviewed many, many cookbooks (I love cookbooks) and food products.

One time, I was approached about reviewing some Hemp Oil. Hhmm, I thought, interesting. I reviewed the oil and found it to be tasty – kind of like sesame oil, plus it was full of good-for-you fatty acids. I used it in salad dressing and stirred it into my son’s yogurt, stuff like that.

After the review ran, I got all these offers for additional hemp products including more oil and cookies, etc. I was apparently the go-to girl for hemp food products. Eventually the offers slowed and I quit writing for the publication, but my interest in hemp products remained as I had noticed a definite difference in my son’s hair, skin, and elmination (sorry if too much information) when he ingested it.

Tonight, I found this while researching a product for one of my other blogs. It’s The Bubble Roome Hemp Oil Lotion. It contains organic Aloe, organic coconut oil, oatmeal extract, and hemp seed oil. Hemp oil is said to have “the highest amount of poly-unsaturated fatty acids making it a key nutritive ingredient in skin care.” This lotion also contains botanical extracts and comes in a variety of fragrances including: Clementine and Cedarwood, Grapefruit and Tangerine, Lavender and Geranium, Spearmint and Eucalyptus, and Ylang and Cinnamon.

I want to get some of this lotion, but the hard question is with all these great combos, which fragrance do I chose?
