It’s hard to keep up with MAC Cosmetics because the beauty brand has been dropping some major launches over the last few weeks. MAC recently unveiled its second Nicki Minaj collaboration that demonstrated just how sexy nude lipsticks could be. Next up, MAC revealed that after much finger-crossing, it is in fact launching an Aaliyah collection. The latest news to excite us? That would be the announcement that MAC is launching a Waterweight Concealer to go along with its popular foundation.
If you’ve already experienced the lightweight MAC Cosmetics Studio Waterweight SPF 30 Foundation ($35), you will know that the foundation has quickly gained a strong following because of its “ultra-fluid, thin, elastic gel-serum formula.” It glides on skin and covers any areas you want to be covered without looking or feeling heavy.
The concealer was recently teased by MAC Makeup Artist Dominic Skinner during the Spring 2018 shows at Fashion Month. As we can see in the photo, the concealer has a very similar bottle to the foundation. Given the description, it’s also safe to say that the concealer should also have the same lightweight texture.
The only downside is that we’re going to have to wait until it’s actually 2018 before we can try out the concealer. Watch this space for more updates on the specific launch date and the shades that will be available.
The MAC Cosmetics Studio Waterweight Concealer will launch in 2018.
