Matte lipsticks have been one of the hottest lip products for the last few years. There may be a lot of options to choose from, but not all of them are created equal. Some are waaaaay too drying, while others don’t have enough pigment. Then there are others that leave lips with a chalky white cast. If you’re looking to try a new matte lipstick, Make Up For Ever is launching a new range of Artist Liquid Matte Liquid Lipsticks.

The beauty brand took to Instagram to reveal the upcoming launch. The new collection will include 15 different shades. Based on the preview photos, there will be a classic red, baby pink, brown, royal purple, nudish pink, dusty rose and eggplant. The shades will be in addition to the original range of Makeup For Ever Artist Liquid Matte lippies.

Make Up For Ever also revealed that the shades are long-lasting and smudge-proof, like the originals in the line. That means that you don’t have to worry about lipstick smudges on your coffee cup.

Unfortunately, the brand didn’t state exactly when the Artist Liquid Matte collection would be launching, but Make Up For Ever did say they would be coming out this summer. Given that it’s already July, we shouldn’t have long to wait.

Update: Make Up For Ever confirmed that the new Artist Liquid Matte shades will launch in mid-July on and in Make Up For Ever boutiques. The range will then launch in August in Sephora stores. And the Artist Liquid Matte Liquid Lipsticks will sell for $20 each.
