It has been a long time coming, but the Storybook Cosmetics Mean Girls Burn Book Palette ($55) has arrived, and it was definitely worth the wait.
If you’ve been following Storybook Cosmetics’ Mean Girls collaboration since the beginning, you will know that the palette has been in the works for months. In fact, it was back in October 2016 that Storybook Cosmetics revealed it was trying to make a Mean Girls collaboration happen. Fast forward to June 2017, the brand began to tease the grool launch. Now, we can finally pick up the finished palette, which is an official collaboration between Storybook Cosmetics and Paramount Pictures.
The Storybook Cosmetics x Mean Girls Burn Book Storybook Palette has 12 eyeshadows which the beauty brand describes as “totally fetch, carb-free and cruelty-free colors.” The shadows are available in a range of matte, shimmer and pearl shades which are inspired by some of our favorite movie moments. The colors featured include: Is Butter A Carb? (shimmering yellow), Grool (sparkly yellow-green), Glen Coco (matte chocolate brown), So Fetch (matte tangerine), Wednesday (hot pink), She Doesn’t Even Go Here (deep red-brown), The Plastics (matte white), Regina George (shimmering pale pink), Mouse…Duh (shimmering gray), You Can’t Sit With Us (matte warm pink), Cool Mom (deep blue) and October 3rd (sparkly black).
Of course the palette comes in a bright pink Burn Book-inspired case that’s similar to the infamous Burn Book from the movie.
You can shop the Storybook Cosmetics x Mean Girls Burn Book Storybook Palette right now on the Storybook Cosmetics website. Just be aware that there are three palettes per order, so if there’s a fourth Plastic in your squad, they’re going to have to order their own palette.
