crying-woman-ipalbus-artYou may think that there’s nothing more shameful than crying in public, but you’re wrong. Yes, it can be embarrassing, but we have emotions and tear ducts for a reason, so when the waterworks start a-comin’, it’s best to let them flow, instead of choking them back and being stuck with that awful lump in your throat.

Although the thought of having an emotional breakdown out there in the world, for whatever reason, may sound completely awful, if you’re going to have one, it’s probably best to do so on public transportation. For starters, walking and crying is REALLY difficult, because that whole blurry vision gets in the way. There’s also crying at a restaurant or store which can be taken as personally by the chef or salesperson, and that’s no good, too. You know, because people tend to take things personally, even when it has nothing to do with them.

So, if you find that you’re about to weep like crazy, and your handle on the situaiton is going to be null, void and completely zilch, your best bet is to make it to the closest public transportation and cry your eyes and heart out there. Stranger things have been witnessed on the public transit systems of the world, and that fact alone will totally play in your favor.
