So, you’re a “Hunger Games” fan, are you? Well, if you have a cool $1.4 million, you can literally purchase District 12. Or at least, the town that was used as District 12 in the movie.

The 72-acre area is called Henry River Mill Village, and it’s located about 70 miles away from Asheville, N.C. Apparently, rabid fans have already been trolling the town looking for signs of mockingjays, Peacekeepers and tricked out bows (this post is turning way nerdier than I had originally intended). As Wade Shepherd, an 83-year-old resident of Henry River Mill Village, told the AP: “I’m getting too many visitors…Day and night, they’re driving through, taking pictures, getting out and walking. I’m just bombarded with people.”

Anyway, I’m sure someone will snap that town up right away. Here’s hoping that they change absolutely nothing, and that in fact they just run the movie on repeat for the rest of our ever-loving lives.
