Adele Performs At The SSE Arena Belfast

Ever since Adele‘s valiant return into our hearts and souls the public eye with “25,” she’s been wowing us with her incredible style. From the beautiful black gown she wore to the 2016 Grammys to the stark and stunning departure from her standby black garments at the Brit Awards, Adele has been Pulling. It. Out. And the fashion won’t stop just because she’s going on tour. In fact, it’s about to get even better: Burberry announced that it will be dressing the singer exclusively for her 2016 World Tour.

Burberry made the announcement last night on their Instagram, with a sketch of the gown Adele wore to kick off her tour in Belfast, Nothern Ireland:

The dress, designed by Burberry chief creative and chief executive officer Christopher Bailey himself and seen in the photo above, is black silk, hand-embellished with floral sequins. Here’s a closer look of the gown in action:

It really is the perfect dress for a performer—see how the sequins catch the light? Adele practically looks like she’s glittering, which I could believe. She’s so majestic that she probably radiates her own source of light from the inside. On a related note, am I getting creepy?

Bailey said in a press release,

“It is a huge privilege to work with Adele. She is an incredible artist who I admire enormously for her approach to life, her sense of fun, her innate style and her massively powerful and moving voice and performance.”

Honestly, it’d be a huge privilege for me to just be in the same building as Adele, so I can completely understand his excitement. And, if Burberry’s past runway shows are any indication, we’re bound to see some stunning looks throughout Adele’s 105-show tour between now and mid-November. If you’re one of the lucky few who was able to get a ticket, take pics for me!
