The Bling Ring premiered in LA last night with a splashy Louis Vuitton (of course) and Vanity Fair-hosted red carpet.
The stars wore an impressively interesting assortment of looks–what else would we expect from rising style stars like Emma Watson, not to mention established fashion icons like Chloe Sevigny, Gwen Stefani and Sofia Coppola? Check out all the looks below.
And yes, Paris Hilton was there. What else is she doing these days?
Katie Chang‘s dress needs some editing.
We completely love Taissa Farmiga‘s top half, but want the look styled with tailored black trousers, like Coppola’s.
Here’s why Chloe Sevigny‘s the master of us all: positively slaying in a pink pre-Fall Louis Vuitton look that fashion folk like to call “directional” (at least compared to the red carpet’s prettier offerings) and also nailing her seasonally-appropriate orange-pink lip.
We are no fans of Balmain, but Claire Julien is kind of wearing the hell out of this. Good choice not to add fussy hair to a very statement-making dress.
Emma Watson opted for a little more makeup than usual and a Fall 2013 tweed, pocketed Chanel dress. It’s not our favorite look of hers (she has set the bar very high for herself), but it’ll do.
Hero-person Gwen Stefani also wore Balmain and, well, Gwen Stefani can do what she wants.
Also ageless husband Gavin Rossdale mixed brown and black but we’ve made out to “Come Down” enough to forgive him anything.
We want to remove Haley Bennett‘s perfect strawberry blonde waves and put them on our head for a while, but the dress is a little bit too much of a nightie.
The lovely Jeanne Tripplehorn wore a black LBD and the same shoes as everyone else.
Save for that brief, glorious moment post-sex tape when Paris Hilton was trying to class up her image and running around town wearing little pink Chanel suits, she simply only knows how to dress like Paris Hilton.
