Carmen Dell’Orefice landed her first Vogue cover in 1947… at age 15, she still remains one of the magazine’s youngest cover girls. These days, she works sporatically (fronting that Rolex campaign, recently walking for Alberta Ferretti) but still manages to epitomize elegance every time she shows up. Now she’s starring in an editorial for Italian Vanity Fair, shot by Ruven Afanador, in which she dons some opulent runway looks (by the likes of Viktor & Rolf and Vivienne Westwood) and shows the teenagers how it’s done.
