No matter how you wanted season two of Girls to go, we can safely confirm that Adam will not be moving in with Hannah. And why would he? That just might lead to a grown-up relationship sans drama and that doesn’t make for great television. Besides, at this point, we don’t even know if they’re still together after the season one series finale.

Andrew Rannells, who plays Hannah’s newly out of the closet gay ex-boyfriend, Elijah, is promising that once he moves in things are going to change starting with a “gay makeover” for her apartment. Considering how it looked when Marnie moved out, he definitely has his work cut out for him because that place looks just as disheveled as Hannah herself.

As he told Vulture: “Elijah cutes [the place] up. I sort of Domino the apartment. Have you seen that magazine? I go and do a Domino sweep to that apartment — to death. Unfortunately, this does not translate to her wardrobe.”

I asked a few of my gay male friends what would constitute a “gay makeover” when it came to an apartment. They gave me their list of divinely, stereotypical items and changes that they make to Hannah’s place if they could only get their hands on it.
