The thing I love about The Golden Globe Awards is that it’s the sort of awards ceremony that manages gives us moments we can’t stop talking about. Whether it’s  Lupita Nyong’o‘s famous red dress or Amal Clooney’s questionable white gloves, the Golden Globes always seems to come through with soundbites and images that define pop culture. The ceremony’s red carpet is no exception.

Here are some looks from The 2015 Golden Globe Awards red carpet that we’ll all probably be gushing over until 2016.

1. Amy Adams

72nd Annual Golden Globe Awards - Arrivals

I think we can all agree that Amy Adams is probably one of the most underrated fashion mavens out there. Her dress and her Lauren Bacall hair make me want to give her stylist a high five.

2. Gina Rodriguez

Maybe this is just because I’m gunning for Gina Rodriguez from Jane The Virgin to take home the Best Actress in a TV Series, Musical or Comedy award tonight but I think her simple black dress hit all the right notes. Sometimes simple is the best way to go.

3. Lorde

72nd Annual Golden Globe Awards - Arrivals

This look is so Lorde, from the tube top down to the minimalist blazer and pants. Not everybody can make a pantsuit look glam in a sea of glitter and gowns but Lorde manages to pull it off.

4. Emily Blunt

Emily Blunt is a starlet after my own heart. Her statement earrings and Grecian gown won me over the second she set foot on the red carpet. I mean who doesn’t love a good statement earring?

5. Jessica Chastain

Jessica Chastain looks like an actual goddess. The color of her dress threw me off for a second  but in the end the classic silhouette won me over. Bravo Jessica, bravo.

6. Julia Goldani Telles

72nd Annual Golden Globe Awards - Arrivals

If you’re like me you probably didn’t know who Julia Goldani Telles was before tonight. Before today she was famous for starring on Showtime series The Affair. Tomorrow, we’ll remember her as the girl in the bold blue dress with the amazing dark cherry lipstick.

7. Ava DuVernay

Okay so filmmaker Ava DuVernay isn’t a movie star but I think we can all agree that her amazing navy gown is worth talking about. The only accessory that would make this outfit even better would be that Golden Globe Award for Best Director of a Motion Picture that she’s been nominated for.

8. Taylor Schilling

461357244 461357266The only red dress that might be better than the one Lupita Nyong’o wore last year might be this one. As Taylor Schilling of Orange Is The New Black obviously knows, you can’t wrong with a GRD (glamorous red dress).

9. Kerry Washington

The texture of this dress might be a little unusual but Kerry Washington is rocking the heck out of it. I’m loving this shade of purple and pink together.

10. Uzo Aduba

Apparently the ladies of Orange Is The New Black got together this year to plan world- wide fashion domination because both Uzo Aduba and Taylor ended up looking amazing. I adore this sleek silhouette on Uzo.

11. Lupita Nyong’o

461364264It’s official: Lupita Nyong’o is a fashion superhero whose super power is making anything look good. Normally, I wouldn’t get behind a bodice made completely out of fake flowers, but Lupita ended up looking like goddess of Spring and I loved it.
