Whose Red Dress Was The Prettiest At The Heart Truth Red Dress Fashion Show?
Last night, New York Fashion Week began with a fashion show put on by The Heart Truth, a campaign mounted by the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute designed to teach women about the dangers of heart disease. To symbolize this very important organ, all of the celebrities and quasi-celebrities in the show wore red dresses, because if you are going to contemplate your death, you might as well do it while looking at something beautiful. But whose symbolic heart dress was prettiest? Here are some choices.
Toni Braxton (who is 45 now!) looked great in form-flattering Herve L. Leroux.
The Real World alum Jamie Chung pushed the color boundaries a bit, but I’m willing to forgive her because her David Meister dress was awesome.
Minka Kelly wore a dress that was not red, but orange, and is therefore disqualified.
Wendy Williams smothered her bodacious bazoongas in Norma Kamali/Kamali Kulture. Not the best cut for her. But her studded shoes were cool.
Kendall and Kylie Jenner both looked very old for their age. Can you tell which is which?
Kris Jenner, mother of Kardashians, wore a Badgely Mischka with some odd tassels in front.
Kelly Osbourne in Zac Posen is my personal favorite, even though I normally hate red and purple together.
Gabrielle Douglas showed off her superstrength arms in Pamella Roland. I don’t always like mullett dresses, but this one is nice. Look at how it wraps and drapes!
Roselyn Sanchez‘s dress had a bit too much going on, and probably could have fit her better up top.
Cindy Parsons looked Grecian and elegant.
And here is Torah Bright in a mullett dress I do not like. Capes go around your shoulders!
