If you’ve been missing your major red carpet fix since the 2016 Oscars, you’re in luck: last night was the 2016 iHeartRadio Music Awards, and while they may not be known to be as wild as the Grammys red carpet, that doesn’t mean that the fashion was dull. Far from it. A lot of celebs brought their fashion A-game to the awards show. However, there were also a few celebrties that also brought a little too much of the wrong stuff.
Take a look at the best and worst-dressed celebs from the iHeartRadio Music Awards:
1. Selena Gomez
Jumpsuits were a big trend on the iHeartRadio Music Awards red carpet. Selena Gomez proved you cannot go wrong with one in this tomato one. That cutout is perfection, and she cleverly drew attention to the buckle detail with her accessories.
Zendaya always surprises us on the red carpet with her hair, makeup, and wardrobe choices. This time was no different. She rocked crushed velvet athlesiure co-ords with a gray crop top and ankle boots. It sounds like a description for a bad outfit from a 1970’s film, but Zendaya shows it definitely does work.
3. Demi Lovato
Demi Lovato slayed in this look. Just look at her. Everything from the sleek bob to the statement jacket works. This suit had the potential to be too mature of a look for Demi, but her styling makes it work.
Meghan Trainor can dress up on the red carpet, but she always looks comfortable. See this all-black ensemble for proof. She is working her sparkly midi dress. The statement shoes with massive tassel are a surprising choice, but they work.
5. Taylor Swift
Taylor Swift looks like some sort of model superhero in this black catsuit. She even has the oversized belt. Taylor has previously made a strong case for jumpsuits and rompers and now she is going to make everyone want a sparkly black catsuit.
Music awards shows are supposed to be fun and Karrueche Tran picked the perfect dress for the event. The fuzzy pompom shoulders are a great way to do statement shoulders. Karrueche’s shoes are also as fun as the dress.
7. Jhene Aiko
It may not feel like summer outside at the moment, but Jhene Aiko’s look makes us excited for the warm weather. It’s effortless, chic and has the right retro vibe. The jumpsuit has a large print, but she is working it. Her hair and makeup are also flawless.
Serayah is definitely someone we should all be watching on the red carpet. She likes to play around with different looks. This embellished look is perfect for a music awards ceremony. Plus, it is great the way it works with her brown bob.

1. Iggy Azalea
Wide-leg pants are often amazing, but the fit on Iggy Azalea’s isn’t quite right. They look more like peg-leg pants, and not in a good way. The shirt is just as much of a problem, ir just doesn’t feel like it belongs with the pants. It doesn’t help that it looks like it was made in five seconds. Iggy is a huge star and we kind of expect more from her.
2. Kat Graham
You can see where Kat Graham was going with this look, but sadly it didn’t work out. Off-the-shoulder tops are very trendy, as are skinny scarves, and she probably wanted to balance the volume of the top with the pants, but it would have been better if she stuck with a skinny pair. Furthermore, the black tie is distracting from the rest of the look. If it was tied in a bow, or tucked in, it would have been better.
It seems that Justin Bieber has recently taken a page out of the Kanye West styling book. The jury is still out whether he can pull it off, so Justin should proceed with caution. Another issue is that he seemed like he tried a little too hard to appear disheveled.
