MTV’s “Jersey Shore” series is the latest biggest thing.
On New Years Day, I sat with one of my besties hypnotized as we watched hours upon hours of this series, much like being drawn to a train wreck.
Actually, come to think of it, it was exactly like being snowed in when #NYFW is starting 3,000 miles away.
And, here’s the latest. As if the series wasn’t bad enough. As if it wasn’t offensive enough that Pauly D and the others make thousands of dollars to show up at a club and get trashed, now DJ Pauly D, has teamed with online retailer CafePress to create official merchandise for his fan base (you know who you are!).
And, even worse, the stuff is sort of cute. And I’m sure people will totally buy it. FML.
