This past weekend, Kate Middleton wore yet another piece from her small but cherished “surprisingly plain-looking dresses by Alexander McQueen” collection to the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee pageant. This was even more exciting to people than it usually is when Kate wears one of these dresses, because guess what? Kim Kardashian was photographed in (basically) the very same dress last April! What a world.
It might seem obvious “who wore it best,” because Tan Mom would probably look classier in that dress than Kim Kardashian. But before you vote, allow me to play devil’s advocate for a second:
-Kim’s dress fits her quite snugly, while Kate’s dress wrinkles a bit in some places.
-Kim makes it her own with some trashy snakeskin platforms and a spiky necklace, while Kate Middleton can never really have a style of her own, because her image belongs to Great Britain. (Also, I know Cosmo says they make your legs look longer, but nude pumps are way boring! Your legs look long enough. Wear cooler shoes.)
-Kim wore it first, which maybe counts for something in fashion land?
Okay, I’m tired of trying to defend Kim Kardashian. Should I even bother posting a poll?
