Earlier today, we saw just how high a dress’s slits can go with Kendall Jenner‘s Fausto Puglisi gown from Sunday’s MuchMusic Video Awards in Canada. Not to be upstaged, her sister Kylie Jenner changed from the orange and white figure skating dress she wore on the red carpet to some kind of Bravo interpretation of “The Great Wave off Kanagawa” in jumpsuit form.
The above photo shows the pair onstage and what Kylie’s general full-length look consisted of, but here’s the pic she Instagrammed that reveals just how…well, revealing the Alon Livne jumpsuit was.
Just your daily reminder that Kylie Jenner is 16. She is, in fact, a year younger than Maisie Williams who plays Arya Stark on Game of Thrones–you know, the one who spends her time occupied by doing Lorde impressions rather than going on dates with Will Smith‘s son Jaden as he’s dressed up like Iron Man. I’m not saying all teen girls or boys have to be the same, but I am still admittedly a little perplexed as to why I designer might send such an incredibly risque look to a child (or perhaps she purchased it, I have no idea, though oftentimes designers do send looks to famous folks in hopes they’ll wear it for awards shows like these).
Other than the bizarre curvy paint swatches on her chest, I am digging Kylie’s look. Her new all-over dark hair looks great, as do her defined brows and contoured cheeks. Of course, anything was an improvement over her absurd Olympic-worthy (and not in a complimentary way) dress from earlier in the evening:
Seriously, you guys, what is going on here? Which local costume shop decided to play a trick on you two? I’m really, really hoping it was the one Tara Lipinski and Johnny Weir work at. Just sayin’.
