Worst Dressed Met GalaIt’s fashion’s Anna Wintour‘s big night, the 2015 Met Gala. The Met Gala is when all of fashion’s finest bring out their most fabulous designer outfits. If you’re spending $25,000 on a ticket, you better be dressed up to the nines. This year’s theme was “China: Through The Looking Glass” and as soon it was announced everyone wondered how the theme would be interpreted without cultural appropriation disasters. Some celebs succeeded and some didn’t. And then there were those who just showed up in really WTF outfits that didn’t seem to have any theme.

Check out the worst-dressed celebs of the 2015 Met Gala:

1. Alicia Keysattends the "China: Through The Looking Glass" Costume Institute Benefit Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 4, 2015 in New York City.

Alicia Keys doesn’t even look like she is feeling her look. Instead of embracing the “China: Through The Looking Glass” theme it seems she went for the ballerina-meets-1980s-power-bitch. What is with the short tulle peplum? And what is going on with the structured boobs built into the jacket?

2. Sarah Jessica Parkerattends the "China: Through The Looking Glass" Costume Institute Benefit Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 4, 2015 in New York City.

Sarah Jessica Parker always embraces the Met Gala theme. This year was no exception. While I admire the craftsmanship and SJP’s ability to look calm and collected while wearing a hat that probably weighs 50 lbs, I cannot in good faith say that this was a style risk that paid off. It’s more of a meme-waiting-to-happen.

3. Solange attends the "China: Through The Looking Glass" Costume Institute Benefit Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 4, 2015 in New York City.

Solange always takes style risks but this was a rare misstep. This looks like a layer of her dress blew up when there was a strong gust of wind on the red carpet and she couldn’t fix it. Or that she is getting sucked up by a jellyfish and all that remains is part of her head and her hands.

4. Kerry Washingtonattends the "China: Through The Looking Glass" Costume Institute Benefit Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 4, 2015 in New York City.

Kerry Washington was so close yet so far. You can see where this look was going but there were things that were slightly off. The waist is too high and the pleats aren’t flattering, you don’t know whether the dress is too long or that’s a train and it looks like they couldn’t make up their minds over whether it was a mullet dress or not.

5. Kris Jennerattends the "China: Through The Looking Glass" Costume Institute Benefit Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 4, 2015 in New York City.

Kris Jenner was finally allowed to attend after previously being banned from the Met Gala. You would have expected Kris to wear her blingiest look-at-me dress but instead she wore a dress that looks like it is made out of the fabric Halloween costumes are made out of and accessorized with the most painful-looking earrings ever to grace a red carpet.

6. Chloe Sevigny attends the "China: Through The Looking Glass" Costume Institute Benefit Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 4, 2015 in New York City.

If Chloe Sevigny‘s entire outfit was hoisted up about five inches, it may not actually be that bad. It looked like it was about to fall off any second and that is a good look on no one. Someone please help the girl out and give her some body tape.

7. Kim Kardashianattends the "China: Through The Looking Glass" Costume Institute Benefit Gala at Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 4, 2015 in New York City.

What a surprise, Kim Kardashian showed up almost naked at the Met Gala. If the blurry pixels that hide NSFW parts in photos turned into a dress, it would be this. If you look really closely, don’t be surprised if you can spot a nipple.

9. Katy Perryattends the "China: Through The Looking Glass" Costume Institute Benefit Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 4, 2015 in New York City.

Katy Perry brought back the Kris Jenner wig and her DIY dress graffiti kit. We all know that gloves are difficult to pull off after Amal Clooney‘s pageant gloves. Katy attempted the even more difficult fingerless variety and paired them with a dress that looked like a half-completed art project.

10. Jennifer Lopezattends the "China: Through The Looking Glass" Costume Institute Benefit Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 4, 2015 in New York City.

If you thought that Kim Kardashian won the award for the most naked look, Jennifer Lopez gave her some serious competition. I don’t know if they ran out of sparkly red fabric or someone took a bite out of J.Lo’s dress but all I know is she better not move that hand or she is going to expose a little more than she intended.

11. Rihannaattends the "China: Through The Looking Glass" Costume Institute Benefit Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 4, 2015 in New York City.

If we’re handing out awards, Rihanna would win the “Most Likely To Suffocate Everyone On The Carpet, And Herself.” This is a spectacular look but it should only be featured in the exhibit or on stage, not on the red carpet. attends the "China: Through The Looking Glass" Costume Institute Benefit Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 4, 2015 in New York City.If that jacket had suction ability, she could clean the entire red carpet.
