25th Annual Producers Guild Of America Awards - Arrivals

We’re knee deep in awards season, and tonight’s PGA Awards should be quite a show. The Producers Guild of America will be handing out their awards this evening, and they’re heralded as the prophetic of the Oscars.

Here’s to hoping that this year’s PGA Awards will have a much better selection of Best Dressed winners than last night’s SAG Awards, which save for one excellent custom clutch, were basically a bust. I’ve got my fingers crossed that people will give us something to work with, but if they don’t, then I’ll see you all over on the (forthcoming) worst dressed post.

And the first best dressed pick is of course, no surprise:

Lupita Nyong’o looks stunning in Stella McCartney. She really can wear any color and look completely radiant. The dark berry lips are killer.

I’m nominating these bros, who all take dapper to new heights:

Chiwetel Ejiofor, Brad Pitt, and Steve McQueen did it up right and manage not to look like a boy band. I’m going to just come out and say it: I love Pitt’s haircut.

Helen Mirren made taupe sexy.

While I’m on the fence about Kristen Chenoweth‘s long necklace, I think her gown had just the right amount of boob (a lot).

It was a pretty boring night, fashion-wise, and aside from Lupita, nobody really wore anything too exciting. It was like pulling teeth to get a best dressed list going, since most outfits were just mediocre. If you’re looking for a real good time, head over to the worst dressed list, who were mercifully easier to come by. Goodnight!
