The GQ Men of the Year awards were held last night and the organizers (brorganizers?) invited a bunch of pretty ladies to help them celebrate. See Rihanna, Diane Kruger, Julianne Hough, Jamie King, Ali Larter and more ahead.

Also, apparently the invitations required all female invitees wear the same shade of blinding orange red. No, seriously.

Hey Ben Affleck! There you are, being Ben Affleck. That hasn’t changed!

Julianne Hough cut off her hair and looks almost unrecognizable without a big pile of cheesy waves. Her she is in a white pantsuit that Miley Cyrus might describe as sophisticated.

…We actually don’t hate the dress. However, the makeup is all wrong: the severe middle part, the roots.

Ali Larter something something pregnancy weight. Her hair is really throwing us.

What kind of event is it when even Diane Kruger disappoints? This dress is weird and incoherent. Also, note the color of her lipstick.

It begins:

Brittany Snow is wearing a very simple dress in a very electric hue (the same as Diane Kruger’s lips, perhaps?).

Let it burn itself onto your eyes so you can remember it as we scroll.

OKAY. Wow. That is some orange-red on Jenna Dewan-Tatum. And her heels. So bright.

Jenni Garth is doing it, too! Plus a peplum. We really don’t know how we feel about this color next to human skin colors.

Rihanna fares slightly better with a more traditional red but this strikes us as barely a dress. Oh, she was awarded GQ‘s “Obsession of the Year” and we guess she wore that to emphasize such.
