After multiple outlets (including us) reported yesterday that H&M had yet again delayed the launch of its e-commerce platform indefinitely, the retail giant has issued a response along the lines of “oh wait no we’re getting it together still wanna be friends?”

This morning, asked H&M for a comment on the launch’s delay via twitter, and the company responded with

“@theglamnetwork Online shopping will be available @hmusa in August, stay tuned for further details!”

Um, okay, H&M. I will stay tuned. I have been tuned for what feels like three years now, so pardon me if I don’t jump up and down at this news. This is far from a solid confirmation and still seems pretty wish-washy.

What the hell is going on over at H&M? It’s a huge company with massive resources and they can’t get it together to issue a proper, detailed statement with confirmed details? Look, shopping online for all of my basics while only wearing underwear and a XXL New Orleans Jazz Festival t-shirt from the comfort of my own bed is the dream. H&M keeps fucking with the emotions and expectations of its loyal customers, and I don’t understand what the problem is. Get it together.
