We all have behavior of which we’re not proud. Some of us like to get into the whiskey every night after work, some like to smoke crack in the basement secretly, while others have a relationship with something darker or more sinister.
As we’ve seen some celebrities give up their vices because of a tragic event or because their nose finally collapses after snorting too much coke; others, like Paul McCartney, just give up their “bad” habit for the sake of their kids.
McCartney recently announced that after a several-year-long love affair with weed, he has decided to give it up all together. I’m not sure why celebrities feel the need to make a big deal about such decisions, but they do. As he explained:
“I smoked my share. When you’re bringing up a youngster, your sense of responsibility does kick in, if you’re lucky, at some point. Enough’s enough – you just don’t seem to think it’s necessary”.
So since we’ve already established that we all have a vice or two tucked away, even if we don’t like to admit to it, what would it take for you to give it up? Or is giving it up not even something you’d consider?
