The new hot trend in Dubai isn’t a huge building or a Gucci bag – it’s chocolate made from camel’s milk. Camel’s milk reportedly tastes like cow’s milk but contains more vitamin C and insulin (Does this mean diabetics can drink it?) and it’s safe for people who are lactose intolerant.

A company called Al Ain Dairy is producing chocolate bars out of the milk, flavoring the bars with extras like coriander and dates. By sometime next year, it might be possible to get Al Ain’s “Camelait” in stores in Europe.
