Following her “comeback story” in Interview, it seems like Agyness Deyn is quickly re-saturating the media market, and I’m not mad at it. Why do I like her? Well, she’s super cute, she’s got personality (or at least she appears to; I don’t actually know her), she knows her way around a New Wave song, and she hasn’t said anything too asinine to the press. Good for her! In the March issue of InStyle UK, Aggy plays up her British-ness with various mod get-ups that are clearly meant to reference her English supermodel foremother Twiggy. You should probably listen to some Brit pop while you look at these photos. More
Remember Agyness Deyn? Of course you do. She’s the pixie haired model who took the fashion world by storm a few years ago before branching out into music, movies, and combat boots, then marrying Giovanni Ribisi and retreating to the domestic sphere to cook his dinner and have his babies.
Psych! Agyness Deyn would never disappear on us like that. The super cute model/other is back, and this time she wants to embark on a serious acting career. To celebrate that fact, February’s Interview has some shiny pictures of her demonstrating various emotions, the first and foremost of which is “toplessness.” Take a look, why don’t you. (NSFW) More
Ah, the Daily Mail, terrorizing women as a rule, concern trolling them with impressive passive aggression as an exception. Yesterday, the paper learned that a new study discovered women begin worrying about aging in their late 20s–women, of course, as opposed to people–and took this as an excuse to post a bunch of photos of celebrities with leading captions about saggy breasts and the like. As for the study’s scientific merit, we’ll get to that. More
Well, this is exciting: model Agyness Deyn married actor Giovanni Ribisi on the sly in Los Angeles over the weekend. More
Here’s one of those tried and true fashion rules (to which we can barely name exceptions): once you reach a certain status and name recognition as a model, you will fucking collaborate with someone. Whether it’s guest designing multiple collections for an established brand (Kate Moss), shoes (Gisele), jewelry (Heidi Klum), or swimsuits (Kate Upton): you have no choice. Basically, if you are paid to be photogenic and leggy, soon you will be paid to approve of designs conceived by some anonymous, beleaguered assistant. Maybe. More
The Gaurdian has a revealing profile of UK supermodel Agyness Deyn, who discusses her fashion industry ascent and eventual transition from the catwalk to the stage. Along the way, Deyn admits she’s actually 29, not 23 as reported. More
For those of you who still haven’t seen The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, you’re missing out. Not only because it’s a great film, but Rooney Mara‘s breast are spectacular. In a society that once placed such great importance on large boobs, the pendulum seems to be swinging the other way and it’s about time. More

11 Style Rules From Our Favorite Fictional Schools That We 100 Percent Still Follow
Have you ever wondered what the inside of Agyness Deyn‘s Williamsburg apartment looks like? I’ve always imagined it’s cool and androgynous, with just a touch of feminine cuteness and a fondness for guys in bands. But according to Stylecaster, it “resembles a blown-up vintage shop that was curated by our grandmothers,” which I guess is supposed to be a bad thing. Anyway, here are some interior pictures of it. See if you agree. More

Man, breaking up is horrible. Especially when you’re a teenager and it feels like the whole world is just imploding on top of you and you’re dying inside. I bet breaking up would be a lot easier if you have being an international supermodel to fall back on. Agyness Deyn is one such supermodel (they don’t feel feelings right?) and she has the sensitive singer-songwriter whisperings to underscore it. More
This week, Belarussian blonde Tanya Dziahileva moved agencies to Marilyn in Paris and her new show card reads “Dyagileva.” Not such a change (and still as difficult for us native English speakers to say) but it got us thinking: so many models come from far-off places where surnames have many consonants… while other models just had plain Jane names that needed some punching up. Here’s a list of ladies who changed their names. More
UK power agency Select Model Management (home to Agyness Deyn, Caroline Trentini, Stella Tennant and Natasha Poly) just launched an app called Model Potential, which allows users to submit a portrait, which then determines his or her (guess) model potential. And how does the app work this wonder? Algorithms. Complex ones. More
