Androgynous Australian model Andrej Pejic is doing his best to escape the flash-in-the-pan success that dooms so many models who are just a little bit different. After landing the title of New York Magazine‘s male model of the year, he’s gone and added another cover to his book: avant glossy Schön Magazine. Here he is styled just a bit less feminine than usual, but gorgeous all the same. More
Last Friday, Rebecca Taylor showed a watery collection featuring dewy skin and slicked-back hair. Yes, there were sequins and metallics, but the whole thing was so soft and muted… a few of the final looks even had an echo of Rodarte’s wheatfields in lovely cloud prints. I know “wearable” sounds like faint praise but as I watched this look come down the runway, all I could think was, “How can I go home and do this immediately?” More
Our favorite male model Andrej Pejic + Patricia Field on styling duty + the extremely suggestive use of a flower. Pat Field says the clip“looks at Marilyn’s status as a sexual icon and explores the societal implications of the sex-kitten femme.” Kind of NSFW, you’ve been warned. More
Andrej Pejic–the endlessly beautiful Serbian-Australian model–has landed the cover of New York Magazine’s Fall fashion issue and, in the accompanying profile, continues to establish himself as one of the more thoughtful, well-spoken and good-humored models working today. Also, foam baby bump. More
She is a beautiful and unique snowflake, but becomes almost unrecognizable when in drag. More
Andrej Pejic and Rico “Zombie Boy” Genest might be the two most recognizable male models working right now: Andrej for his lovely, gender-bending look, and Zombie Boy for his insane full-body tattoos (tattoo?). Hence, it makes sense that Brazilian brand Auslander would want to dress them up in its stylish (but rather basic) clothes. In addition to having them walk the runway for its Spring 2012 show in Rio, the brand made its summer catalog all about the two unique-looking fellows. People may or may not remember the clothes, what with all the zombie-ness and androgyny going on, but they are certainly neat images nonetheless. More

March marked a watershed moment for Arizona Muse’s career, in which she landed four concurrent Dazed & Confused covers, shot by different photographers with the gushy tagline, BIRTH OF A MUSE. Mark Segal shot her for the following editorial, in which he makes deft use of her delicate, feminine features and… turns her into a boy. More
Block Magazine is celebrating the otherwordly beauty of Andrej Pejic with an editorial “Boy Wonder” and interview (always a nice get for a non-supermodel). When they asked him about whether or not he was comfortable being the face of a new movement in androgyny alongside Lea T, he said: More

Our favorite androgynous model Andrej Pejic talked to The Telegraph‘s Hilary Alexander about his meteoric rise to the top of the modeling world, how his life has changed, and his plans for the future. When she asks if he’d ever consider “having a complete sex change,” he answers “Yes, if I was offered a Victoria’s Secret contract. You’d have to, wouldn’t you? I can’t imagine doing it any other way. But, at this point I’m comfortable with who I am now.” More power to Andrej, though we love him however he’s styled. More
Today’s dose of Andrej Pejic comes courtesy Libertine, who employed the androgynous top model for a gender bending shoot with Camilla Babbington (who wears boyish plaids and straight legs). The two were shot by Constantin Cerdan in various masculine/feminine looks. Check out both models posing after the jump. More

This cover for Love magazine creeps me out.
It’s one thing for tweens to fawn over Justin Bieber. He’s 16. That’s appropriate. And this month’s Vanity Fair cover called Bieber “adorable” — which, in the eyes of grown-ups, is exactly what he should be.
But for an adult magazine to put him on the cover with the caption “The Beautiful One” — all dewy and close-up — well, it’s fucking creepy. More
